How does it work?
All you need to do is order via email text with your name, phone number, address and items requested. We will then call to confirm the price and collect a credit card payment.
By submitting an order you are agreeing to terms and conditions listed below:
1. Payment is due prior to delivery.
- Our secure payment options are credit card payment over the phone.
- Minimum spend of $29.95
2. Order cancellations
- Cancellation of order must be communicated an hour before delivery time.
3. Delivery
- We provide free delivery for suburbs including Terrigal, Erina, Wamberal, North Avoca, Kincumber and Copacabana.
4. Unattended deliveries
- Love & tonic cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft when order is left in designated area as specified by you. We recommend that delivery is brought inside and stored correctly.
5. Credits, Refunds & Substitutions
- Love & tonic aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We provide checks on all products prior to delivery and once delivered.
- We cannot exchange or credit the value of items delivered after 48hrs.
- To make a return or exchange please contact us directly with images of the product if deemed faulty.
6. Refrigerated products
- Love & tonic do not take responsibility for spoiled refrigerated products, therefore someone needs to be home for collection.
- Refrigerated products will be transported in cooler bag and ice.
- Strictly no returns on refrigerated products.
